![]() HAPPY NEW YEAR! This year let's Resolve to Reach for more Self-Care tools as a way to practice Self-Love and Renew ourselves. Here is a quick way you can release some stress, anxiety & energy exhaustion by Practicing Mindfulness in Self-Care with a 15-Second Breathing Meditation that you can do anywhere or anytime. Breathing to center yourself is one of the key skills to develop a powerful self-care practice that will support you when you feel stressed, anxious, depressed so you can maintain clarity and calm even in challenging conditions. This quick tool will also help you release energy that can get blocked. When energy gets blocked it can cause additional challenges on top of the stress we feel so moving the stress out can aid us in feeling better and experiencing #WholeHealth. The key to meditation is in the breath—to focus on your breathing and be aware of your breath. Breathe in joy; breathe out stress. In joy, out stress. Allow yourself to feel connected to the world, to the universe, and, most important, to yourself. Under perceived pressure or stress, we tend to hold our breath, and then we not only don't have the oxygen to our system that we need but also our muscle tension increases and then stress energy can get stuck which can cause us possible health challenges. Focusing on our breath for even 15 seconds a day can repair, replenish and renew! So, go ahead and try this exercise right now for 15-Seconds... That's it! Here is one more tip: Save the Meditation photo to your phone & add it to your Fav photos. This way you have it as a reference to gently remind yourself of quick self-care tools at your disposable to bring you back to feeling your best again and again!
If you still need a bit of help, please make an appointment and we can work together on clearing your energy field! After all, we all need a helping hand at times! What better way to start but a New Year! May the New Year bring you love, #wholehealth, joy, and prosperity. If you found this valuable, feel free to share! Much Gratitude & Love, H
