On this Mindful Monday, I thought I would post about a tool that I am actively using and really loving! This mindful meditation app is simply called Calm. There is a desktop version as well as a downloadable app, whichever you prefer, I hope you are inspired to check it out.
If you are new to mindful meditation, try the free 7 days of Calm, which teaches you the basics of mindful meditation and offers lots of inspiration along the way! Calm, also, has hundreds of programs for intermediate and advanced meditators.
