A career in Reality TV is a unique path that has given many of us amazing experiences & opportunities yet often for love of the work we have pushed the bounds of our superhero powers. Now, our #WholeHealth (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health) could be in need of some tools and healing! Women in Reality TV is a Recovery Self-Help support group for women who are working in Reality TV or who has worked in Reality TV and is interested in finding healing & rejuvenation for more balanced, healthy life while learning healing tools that will support your mental, emotional and physical health that you can to take with you for daily living! This is a facilitated meeting where attendees will learn various well-being, self-help and self-development tools from Mindfulness Meditation, How to do Self-Energy Healing for the on-the-go lifestyle, Recovery tools, have an opportunity for sharing and receive group Reiki Energy Healing. Reiki Energy Healing will clear our minds, provide stress and pain reduction, clear, ground us & much more. This will be a sacred space where sharing is voluntary and attendance is confidential.
